An Ordinance Granting Authority to the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) to Receive and Process New Applications and Renewal of Business Permits and Issue the Necessary Barangay Clearances/Barangay Plates to Applicants for the Issuance of Mayor's Permit and/or Business Permit and, Concomitantly, Authorizing the City Treasurer's Office to Collect and/or Receive Payments of the Corresponding Barangay Clearance Fees and Remit the Shares in the Collections to the Respective Barangays in Compliance with Section 11 (f) of Republic Act No. 11032.
