Revilla, to Sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Museum of the Philippines, Frabelle Fishing Corporation, and the Diamond Export Corporation Regarding the Monitoring, Conservation, Management and Rehabilitation of Underwater Artifacts, Archaeological Materials and Other Materials of Cultural Heritage of the City of Bacoor that Would be Unearthed or Discovered During the Reclamation and Development Projects of the City Government of Bacoor Along the Coast of Manila Bay Within the Territorial Waters of the City of Bacoor.
