Edith Napalan, To Disburse Funds for the Acquisition, Purchase and Procurement of Five (5) Parcels of Lots Covered by Original Certificates of Title Nos. 2014000091, 2014000092, 2014000093, 2014000094 and Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2015020239 Located at Barangay Salinas, Bacoor City, for the Implementation of a Low-Cost Housing Project from the Available Funds of the Housing Trust Fund, and to use as Price Reference the Lower Amount Between the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR) Current Zonal Valuation or the Current Fair Market Value of the City of Bacoor Land and Improvement Appraisal Committee.
