City Resolution No. 2023-257A, S.2023

A Resolution Authorizing the City Mayor, Hon. Strike B. Revilla, To Sign all Legal Documents, Borrow Funds and Enter into a Loan Agreement with Landbank of the Philippines Involving the Following Amounts: (1) PHP 270,000,000.00 for the Construction of the 4th Floor of the Bacoor City Hall Situated at the Bacoor Government Center ; and (2) PHP90,000,000.00, for the Construction of Additional Storage Facility at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium which are included in the Approved 2023 Annual Investment Program of the City Government of Bacoor, Cavite; To Sign, Endorse Local Documents, Deed of Assignment, Agreements, Notes and Other Documents Pertaining to the Said Loan; Approving the Projects to be Financed and Certifying that these are in Accordance with the Approved Annual Procurement/Investment Program and to Use as Collateral the Assignment of the National Tax Allotment (NTA) of the City Government Subject to Ratification by the Sangguniang Panlungsod Pursuant to Pertinent Laws, Rules and Regulations.
