Updated Ordinance Prohibiting the Use of Roads, Streets and Sidewalks for Immobilized Vehicles under Repair Such as But not Exclusive to Body Painting, Body Repairs, under Chassis Repair and the Like in Order to Clear Such Ways of any Pedestrian and Vehicular Obstructions and Avoid the Hazardous Effects thereof Subject to all Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations on the Matter
