A Resolution Ratifying the Loan Agreement, Assignments and other Supporting Documents Pertaining to the Loan/Credit Facility Entered into by and Between the Municipal Government Unit of Gumaca, Quezon Represented by Honorable Mayor Erwin P. Caralian and the Land Bank of the Philippines Represented by its Quezon Lending Center Head, Mr. Alex A. Hinijosa in the Amount of Thirty Three Million Pesos (Php 33,000,000.00) for the Purpose of Financing the Expansion of Motor Pool Through the Acquisition of Brand New Heavy Equipment and to Secure the Same with Land Bank of the Philippines Subject to all Laws, Rules and Regulations.
