Executive Order No. 3 S. of 2023

An Order Amending Sections 1, 2, and 8 of Executive Order No. 8, Series of 2022, Dated September 12, 2022, otherwise known as an Order Prohibiting the Entry into the City of Cebu of Live Hogs, Pork, Pork-Related Products and By-Products, Whether Raw, Processed or Cooked and all other Meat, Chicken, Fish, or any other Food Products That Have Been Commingled with Pork, Pork Related Products and By- Products from all Parts of Luzon, Mindanao and Region VIII, Establishing the Quarantine Regulations Governing the Entry to and Exit from Cebu City of Transport Vehicles Carrying Live Hogs and Other Livestock, and Adopting the Bantay ASF as Barangay Program.
