Declaring the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program at a Flagship Program of the Government, and Directing all National Government Agencies and Instrumentalities, Including Government- Owned or-Controlled Corporations, and Local Government Units, to Submit a Detailed Inventory of All Available and Suitable Lands for the Implementation of the Program
